President's Message
Thanks to over 90 BRANNJ members, NKBA members and guests who attended our Annual Joint Meeting with the National Kitchen and Bath Association of NNJ on October 17th. Many thanks to our hosts, Associate VP Victoria Reczkowski and team at Ferguson and new member, Don Westra and team at Wayne Tile, who opened their beautiful Ramsey showrooms for the event. Attendees enjoyed delicious hors d’ oeuvres, beverages and networking at Wayne Tile and then dinner and knowledgeable speaker, Christopher Grubb of the Beverly Hills-based design firm Arch-Interiors Design Group, Inc.who gave a valuable presentation on “Designers, Contractors and Architects: Creating Relationships and Partnerships for Referrals and Business Success”. Many companies had their sales teams in attendance and provided feedback that the seminar was very informative and helpful. Our two remaining events for 2017 include the Annual Reno’s Pre-Holiday Networking Party on Thursday, November 16th. Always an excellent event, join other industry professionals as you enjoy superb food, spirits, music, prizes and much more! Finally, we have our Annual favorite, Winter Showcase Tabletop & Beefsteak at The Brownstone on Wednesday, December 6th. This is our must attend “mini-tradeshow” event of the year, with vendor tabletop displays, excellent industry networking, the Brownstone’s world famous beefsteak dinners, bread building contest for the charity of your choice, CFA toy/hat, scarf, glove drive for Bergen County children in need, great prizes and more!
