BANNJ Mourns the Passing of our President 
and Dear Friend, Anthony Vincent Volpe

 July 14, 1968-August 3, 2018

It is with profound sadness that we mourn the loss of our President, Anthony Volpe, who passed away too soon on August 3rd after a brief, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.  Anthony was born in Teaneck, NJ and was an honors graduate of Fordham University with a degree in Business.  He was a dedicated builder member who won the BANNJ Builder of the Year 2017 and was our President for the past two years. He was the sole proprietor of Volpe Custom Homes in Englewood as well as a co-owner of Ragazzi Restaurant in Norwood.   
Residing in Haworth with his family, he was the beloved husband of wife, Tina and father of sons Anthony and Nicholas, and was well-loved by his family, friends and community.  He was an active member of Sacred Heart Church and served successfully as a councilman in the Borough of Haworth for three terms.   
We will always miss and remember his inspirational leadership, thoughtful guidance and most of all his kind friendship. Our sincere and heartfelt condolences are extended to the entire Volpe family.
