As part of my agenda for this year, we plan to bring back our Young Professionals Group to help focus on new ideas and perspectives within the building industry. Our Golf & Scholarship Awards Committee is busy planning our Annual Event at White Beeches Golf & Country Club on Monday, May 23rd. I hope to see many of members and guests in attendance either to play golf or to network with building industry professionals at the cocktail reception and dinner following the outing. We have some fantastic sponsorship opportunities still available as well. All sponsors will be highlighted in the June issue of Northern Lights. We are pleased to be awarding 6 scholarships this year to area students pursuing either a college degree or trade school certification in a building related field.
