Pickleball Anyone? Join us on Thursday, June 1st for this fun event to begin the summer as we collaborate with the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association (Metro) with a Pickleball Tournament if you choose or just for networking, food and fun at the state-of-the-art offices of BANNJ Premier Partner, SAX, LLP.
Rounding out our summer events is the favorite Multi-Association Summer Business Social at Reno’s Appliance and gather with peers from BANNJ, Metro, ASID, NKBA, AIA and NARI for a casual summer networking event with members of many other associations.

New home sales figures bounced higher again in March, outperforming February sales by 9.6 percent. The U.S. Census Bureau and Department of Housing and Urban Development said newly constructed single-family homes sold at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 683,000 units during the month compared to a revised 623,000-unit pace in February. That number had originally been estimated at 640,000. March sales were 3.4 percent below those in March 2022. |
Pending home sales dropped in March, falling for the first time since November amid tight inventory and buyer uncertainty about the financial sector due to bank failures, according to data released Thursday by the National Association of Realtors. |
