As president-elect, I'd like to thank the Builders Association of Northern New Jersey (BANNJ) for selecting me to become their 2026 president. I would also like to thank Derek Weissman, outgoing president and incoming Chairman of our Board, for his service to our industry.

BANNJ is excited to announce our new Professional Women in Building Council has been chartered by the National Association of Home Builders and we are currently accepting all members who wish to join the Council.
Lead by Chair Kristie Davida of Home Ateliers and Co-Chair Dianna Ivanov of The Ivanov Group, the mission of our new council is to provide safe, supportive and trusted network of allied professionals in the building industry through mentorship, education and shared experiences, empowering members to develop their talents and provide knowledge and expertise to assist in the community and foster the next generation of building professionals.
