The President's Message

As we welcome Spring, I look forward to seeing many of our members at our upcoming educational meetings and events. The Atlantic Builders Convention will convene at Harrah’s in Atlantic City on April 2-4. Go to NJBA.org to review the events and meetings calendar for the ABC show.   

On April 25^th, please join us at the beautiful Ferguson Showroom in Ramsey for a light dinner and an informative seminar on "NJ Marijuana Legislation and How It Will Affect Your Business & Workplace” presented by associate members Richard Gaynor of Middleton & Company and Jared Lans, Esq.  The new law will have an impact on both Builders and Associate Trade/Professional companies, employers, employees, landlords, etc.  so be sure to register early for this very informative seminar to reserve your spot.  On Monday, May 20^th, plan to attend our Annual Golf Outing & Scholarship Awards at White Beeches Golf & Country Club. This is a great opportunity to play at an exclusive, private club and enjoy a great day of golf or non-golfers may just join us for the cocktail reception and dinner following the outing for premium  networking and help us to congratulate our scholarship winners as the next generation for our industry. Reserve a sponsorship for the chance to highlight your company to over 100 Northern NJ building industry professionals.

NJBA is pleased to present a highly informative educational session that is a must attend for all associate members!

"Selling Builders Successfully" Home builders are the most important customer for many NJBA Associate Members. In today's information-rich marketplace you need more than a pretty brochure to pique your customers interest. You need a rich knowledge of, and a commitment to, the industry and more importantly, to the builder. This must attend seminar will provide information and techniques on how to sell to builders, right from the builders themselves. Our diversified panel will help you understand what motivates each type of home builder, single family tract, single family custom, multifamily condo, multi-family rental and how to maintain that relationship once it's established.
