Dear Members,
It is hard to imagine a year has come and gone since I
assumed the presidency of our association.
It has been a wonderful experience. I owe a debt of Gratitude
to our EO Kathleen and the entire BRANNJ Board for their encouragement and
support.
Through the year, I
have had an opportunity to meet my counterparts from all the local chapters as
well as our State president, members of the State and National boards, Congressman
and State Legislators. They are dedicated and hardworking. I am pleased to have
had the opportunity to work with them and will continue to do so for the
betterment of our association and industry.
It has been an excellent year for BRANNJ. The Golf Outing,
Texas Holdem, Beefsteak /Table Top Showcase and Reno’s Network Holiday Party
were well attended and a good time was had by all.
Our October joint educational seminar with the NKBA at PIRCH
was an amazing success!
Our membership has grown substantially this year with new members
and premier partners.
All in all I am very pleased with the work our board has
done to move our organization forward with our members’ interests as Priority
One.
I am also very pleased we have started a relationship with The
Center for Food Action and are in discussions on how we may assist Habitat for Humanity.
My goal for the coming year is to continue our growth
pattern, present exciting educational and social events and further our
charitable works.
Once again, I ask your help. Be our spokesperson. Help us spread
the word that BRANNJ is an organization Builders, Remodelers and Associates
want to be a part of for the all the opportunities afforded them.
Congratulations to BRANNJ for winning the 3rd place prize of $1,500 in the NAHB Fall Membership Drive! Thanks to all members who participated in helping us to achieve this excellent accomplishment, and we look forward to entering NAHB’s membership drive contests for 2016.

Contractors utilizing Van Natta Mechanical for the first time for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, or spray foam insulation, for contract work, will have 1% donation made to BRANNJ in the contractors name, to be used at the discretion of BRANNJ. Invoices will be billed out in gross and contract payments must be made within terms of agreement for donation to be valid. Rebate is also valid for referrals to customers that translates into contract work. Offer is valid from Sept 1, 2015 – August 30, 2016.
