Highlands Council Convenes Public
Outreach Sessions: Highlands Council has scheduled three Public Outreach
Sessions (Feb 4, 9 and 11) to update the public on the RMP Monitoring Program
and to present draft indicators. The press release states: "The
Monitoring Program evaluates progress toward achieving the goals of the
Highlands Regional Master Plan. The program requires identification of indicators
and milestones to measure the impact of the Regional Master Plan on water
resources, agriculture, housing, transportation, and economic development
within the Highlands Region."
