President's Message
Special Announcement - We
have some exciting news! In an effort to be more inclusive of our industry
as a whole, including industry associate trades and builders of all disciplines
whether they be residential, commercial, multifamily or mixed-use remodelers,
builders, or developers, BRANNJ has voted to revert back to its original name
BANNJ - the Builders Association of Northern NJ. The name change
is being complimented with a rebranding plan which includes changing our logo
and implementing a new more current, robust, and user-friendly website with
many value added features for members. We ask for your involvement in the
process and to ensure its success!
We are asking interested members to submit photos in a JPEG or
PNG format of construction/building projects from the counties we serve of
Bergen, Passaic, Hudson & Sussex for consideration to be included on the
new website’s landing page. Minimum size should be 1600 px wide x 655 px high
with the focal point in the middle of the image.
Please email your photos to kathleen@brannj.org no
later than Friday, October 27th so we may submit them to
our website’s creative team for consideration.

Congratulations to
BRANNJ Associate Member, Stuart Berger, CPA of SAX, LLP., on being awarded the New Jersey Builders
Association’s Associate of the 2ndQuarter! Stu has been an
active BRANNJ member since 2006, has been a Premier Partner for many years,
serves on the NJBA and BRANNJ Board of Directors, serves on the BRANNJ Golf
Committee and Associates Committee, and hosts many meetings & educational
seminars at the SAX offices in Clifton, NJ including a very well-received NJBA
legislative & regulatory update Lunch & Learn this past June.
