On behalf of the BANNJ Board of Directors, we hope that all members had a wonderful summer with family and friends! All are excited for our fall schedule of upcoming events, and we look forward to seeing many of you there. Many thanks to the following BANNJ members who joined me in meeting with Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. on August 13th for a roundtable discussion; Kimberly Little (Sub Zero, Wolf & Cove), Kristie Davida (Home Ateliers | Rand Realty), Michael Kurpiel (Carter Lumber) Ashley Brito (9 Mile RE LLC.), John Cioletti (Reno’s Appliance), Rich Robinson (HBA Rebates) and our EO Kathleen Kurpiel. BANNJ along with NJBA and members from Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association focused on housing initiatives with Congressman Kean, including housing affordability, infrastructure, labor shortages, supply chain challenges and tax reform.
Our first fall event will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at our Annual Business Showcase & Builder’s Beefsteak at The Elan in Lodi, NJ. Don’t miss out on this fantastic event and showcase your company products and services to the Northern NJ building community. Only a couple of vendor tabletops remain, and high visibility sponsorships are available so reserve today. Participate in the bread building contest to benefit St. Joseph’s Children’s hospital and invite your team as a company night out at discounted pricing for a dinner table. As September is Associate Member Appreciation Month, we encourage all builder members to attend this event in support of associates.

Next up on Thursday, October 24th will be Reno’s Pre-Holiday Networking Party hosted by John Cioletti and the team at Reno’s in Paterson so attend for industry networking at its finest. On Thursday, November 14th, the team at Ferguson in Fairfield will host a joint meeting for BANNJ and Metro. All are welcome to attend and enjoy their amazing hospitality, tour the beautiful showroom and gain some industry knowledge and credits at a CEU presentation by Kimberly Little of Sub Zero.
