President's Message
I hope that all members enjoyed time off celebrating the holidays with family and friends. BANNJ had a very successful year in 2022 thanks to the support of our membership, and we look forward to seeing many of you in the New Year at our 2023 upcoming events.
We hope all BANNJ members will join us at our Annual Installation & Awards Dinner at The Graycliff Fine Catering on Thursday, January 26th. Celebrate with your fellow members as we welcome in new leadership and celebrate member accomplishments over the past year. Enjoy a wonderful cocktail reception, dinner, premium open bar, and live music by the band, Whiskey Helps. With an increase of 10% in membership this past year, BANNJ will continue to grow our Ambassador Program in 2023. We would like to highlight some of our fantastic volunteers who have dedicated their time to starting up this important program for our local. This month, we will feature BANNJ Associate Member Kristie Davida, Licensed REALTOR® - Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker in Bergen County, NJ.
Kristie Davida
Kristie joined BANNJ in early 2022 and immediately volunteered for our golf committee and newly formed Ambassador Program to help create awareness of the organization in the community and to bring in new members as well as retain members. Kristie is a seasoned listing specialist committed to elevating the client's selling experience. She specializes in residential real estate and works with builders, investors, first-time buyers, luxury properties, distressed homes, and relocation. Her clients have access to her extensive network of reputable professionals including attorneys, home inspectors, title, and contractors.
Kristie’s industry accomplishments include Circle of Excellence 2021, 2022. Coldwell Banker Rookie of the Year 2020, Sterling Society 2020, Diamond Society 2021 and 2023 Leadership Academy Greater Bergen Board of Realtors. She will be newly installed on our BANNJ Board of Directors in 2023 and is the recipient of the 2022 BANNJ Young Professional Rising Star Award.
